This policy explains what Obsi Scripts collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
When you browse. We count page views with our own first-party analytics. It uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. To tell visits apart we store a random session id in your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) and compute a daily anonymous hash from your IP address and browser that cannot be reversed and changes every day. We record the page, referrer, campaign tags (utm), country and device type. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we record nothing.
When you sign in with Discord. We receive your Discord id, username, display name and avatar (the identify scope only — never your email, servers or messages). They are kept in a signed cookie so you stay signed in, and stored with any review you post.
When you buy. Checkout runs on Tebex. Tebex shares the order details with us — the items, amount, currency, country, your Cfx.re username and id, and the email on the receipt — so we can deliver, support and account for your purchase. We never see your card details.
Cookies
We set only functional cookies: your sign-in session and your basket id. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and licence abuse, keep accounting records, moderate reviews, and understand which pages and scripts people find useful.
Who we share it with
- Tebex — payment processing and order records (merchant of record).
- Cfx.re — licence delivery to your keymaster.
- Discord — sign-in.
- Our hosting and database providers, who process data only on our behalf.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Analytics events are kept in aggregate form. You can delete reviews at any time by asking us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be published here with a new date.
