Our scripts are digital goods delivered to your Cfx.re keymaster the moment payment clears. Because a delivered file cannot be returned, purchases are generally final. We still want every customer to end up with something that works.
When we will refund
- It does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it with logs on Discord.
- Duplicate purchase of the same script on the same Cfx.re account.
- Not delivered — the asset never appeared in your keymaster and we cannot deliver it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Tebex, and the licence is revoked.
When we will not refund
- You changed your mind, or no longer need the script.
- The incompatibility was listed on the product page, or comes from a framework or third-party resource we do not support.
- The problem comes from your own modifications.
- The licence was revoked for breaking the terms of service.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. A chargeback revokes every licence on the account and blocks future purchases.
Your statutory rights
By completing checkout you ask us to deliver digital content immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, this ends the withdrawal period for that content. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
How to ask
Open a ticket on our Discord or email [email protected] with your Tebex transaction id (it starts with tbx- and is in your receipt) and a description of the problem. We answer within two working days.
